I also don't know if I like the idea of specialists, essentially they took away the core mechanics of the Battlefield franchise. No more classes, only abilities. No weapon restrictions.

The specialist are like inspired by BF4 classes and have special perks like the grappling hook and to be able to walk fast while aiming down sites. But the weapons and gadgets are still customizeble which sounds really cool

If you buy the ultimate/super secret/cock sucking/whatever edition you get the battlepass and all the new specialists. That’s basically like premium. And to unlock everything on the battlepass simply means playing. And judging by the amount of times you for example put into battlefield, you shouldn’t have any problems unlocking everything on there without really focusing on doing so.
Edit: Looks like „Gold Edition“ is basically the „Premium Edition“.
My initial thoughts from that trailer were that it looks OK but... I would like to see some gameplay first and also that the system requirements were missing is a little worrying. Don't want visuals being more important than game play. BF1/V went down that route of looking good but not being fun to play. Despite my PC's age, it does everything I need it to and is pretty quick for editing photos and videos (obviously not blindingly fast) and having to fork out significantly to upgrade in order to play it might be a no.

yeah preordering before any gameplay has been shown is stupid imo. You can still preorder 1 week before release when you‘ve played the Beta and get all the preorder bonuses if that’s important

I have faith this one is going to be good mostly because the swagger the Devs have for this one. If a game is shit you can Normall tell by how the Devs talk on twitter and else where

Whole trailer was a fan service that showed moments, that I believe, still belong to montages. I would prefer if the trailer showed more of a real war moments. The community should find the possibilities ingame. I mean I was happy seeing that "Damavan" kind of looking stuff, but the other things were just too much. RDR2 fixed the initial problem with moderate spec pcs not being able to run the game at all so let’s hope a

I just wait wether it will be in the EA pass and then I will try it or buy it. We will see wether my gtx1060 with 6gb can take it anyways otherwise I have to skip it until I dont have to skip all the other luxuries in live just for gaming
