no lawn mowing for 3 or 4 weeks now. no rain and way to dry means also that there no growing on the grass. just some stalks and weed not nessesary to cut off

Was going to food porn this but couldn’t be bothered to start a new thread. As the weather is miserable with storm warnings made some lime curd (same recipe as the 
but with limes) and some caramel sauce that can be used in coffee and cooking as a flavour.
Recipe for the caramel is 300gm sugar and a dash of water and heat until it goes, er, caramel colour. Then add about 100ml of hot water. Be careful when adding the hot water as it erupts quick than someone getting killed by one of Riz’s mortars.
Give it a stir and allow to cool. You can add more or less water depending on how thick you want it to be. Less is more syrupy and more it is pourable. You need to take the caramel reasonable far to get flavour but not too far that it becomes bitter.
