Damn those views are amazing! That's not something I see when I look out the window, the Netherlands is as flat as a pancake

The white houses were not there when we moved in and we could just about see the forth bridges. They were meant to be single storey and we would have kept an even better view! They other day, the way the light was on the hills in the morning it was just like some of the mountain ranges in the US. Unfortunately we haven't had weather good enough to enjoy just sitting out.

The picture with the tree is really great because it gets foggy right after it.
Some great scenic photos there. Sunsets and fog look stunning. Could have done some pics of me changing some electric sockets but as nothing blew up and I didn't electrocute myself it was really boring.

Spent a good part of yesterday trying to fix an air leak in the airbrush. Eventually found the cause was a missing 1mm O ring.
Then used some "German Grey" paint that was more green than grey so had to repaint. Old Tamiya kit that was cheap. Still bits to do.

Today on the daily dog round. A tree, a nother tree, a dog, a dog eating zugar Beets.

As long as the bird hasn't broken anything it should be Ok looks like a healthy chaffinch. Some vets might give it a check or a bird rescue place might help if you are in doubt.
That is good. We have had a couple fly into our windows and were OK. We have just started to get 🐿 in the garden again after being absent for a few years. This one was just looking into the garden. A bit later on it was a bit upset at something and was barking like a dog. It eventually moved off but could still hear it in the distance. Weather is cold, says it is 3° but feels more like -3°. A few cobwebs around the garden and our usual view is a little bit different today!

I used to have to go to Kirkcaldy for car photos. On the way there, there was a wind farm with about 10 turbines in a field. One day on the way there the whole field was covered in fog/mist with just the turbines visible. By the time I managed to get back to the place and parked the mist had lifted.
Inspired by those photos we just got back from a local walk some pretty boring photos but…

they all looking the same. our dogs having making the same "face" when its going to get a shower. what had she done? rolling over poo??
She sometimes roll over in something stinky (could be anything really) but not this time; it was just weeks since her last shower. And she wants to be nice and shiny... or maybe not
.She got some treats and recovered nicely
