Heard a thud from another room moments after the above post, thought it was one of the cats pushing something to the floor but it was sadly a sparrowhawk who had flown into a window, probably at high speed chasing another bird. Examined the hawk but there was no sign of life whatsoever

It is soo pretty, beautifull garden. i LOVE the garden lamp <3 <3 <3 we plan to get one and in similar style too It adds so much to the outside space <3
The lamp is really a nice thing. You can find some nice on eBay or Amazon for around 100 euros.

The weather isn't great but unfortunately it isn't bad either so looks like some gardening activity will be planned for me today.

Have you stayed in the hotel at their brouwerij? We were there for a couple of nights and may have had a few!
Yes. We did, it s been a while now, but good memories.
I think we could not stay there with four in one room (with our 2 small children...), so we had to search for a bigger hotel with family rooms.
