I could try being in touch with my friend who hunts in northern Finland. Dunno how hard it would be to obtain a decent pair of antlers and then there is the question of delivering it.

would be nice you could ask him because what i still not know, is the fact if you really can delivering this things and to what costs.

got baaad news for ya... Getting a hunting license for moose etc. is pure bureaucracy and my friend sadly is not gonna do that.
