Video Capture (Fraps)

Hi everyone your advice please
And im sorry but i suspose you've been over this many times

So ive started to Record some BF3 moments when having fun on Fraps which theres no problem really, but i would like to know what settings
you use under Video. I have noticed that all videos are huge like 1GB plus.

I currently have it set to.
Full size video
30fps
Split movie every 4GB

does this sound ok and not that there many settings anyway lol

Plus is there a better movie/Video capture program out there.....

Some say they are better others don't, guess it's each to their own.

i use fraps. had 60 fps. if you use full-size u get full hd 1080p, half-size only hd with 720p.

after that is save the videos with windows movie-maker and use the direct upload to youtube from that. nice and easy.

There's also an other software called Action! if you can take a look. A friend who use it says it's the best to record vids.
