LAN parties are great but weird because comunitcating via MIC is weird and gives echo and its a shit ton of work getting everything setup. but man its fun having a drink playing together.

Only watched a few. Seems to be like a lot of TV now where you can get a whole episode where you think what was the point of that (a bit like all the Star Wars films
). No real movement in the story, doesn't add any background or flesh out characters, just fills in a 45 minute episode. Then you get some series that start off OK with individual episodes each with a story but then change to have one storyline spread over a whole series. Old shows like Kojak, Starsky and Hutch, Hawaii 5O all had individual episodes that each had a different complete story. The Flash was OK when it started but went down that route with one story per season. Then you get characters suddenly becoming experts in stuff they know nothing about.It is like some films where you end up not caring if they make it to the end or not or you end up rooting for the baddie in the hope it will finish quicker when the main character gets double tapped in the head.
ohhhh yes. that some thing i really hate nowadays. its the same bad habit like they doing tv-shows now that running over 3,4 or even 5 hours in one piece. are they crazy?
when i look an episode of a series i like to have a story with a storyend in each episode. same as tv / gameshows, i don´t watch that over 3 hours just because the broadcaster think "we need to bind the viewers to our channel" at after all of that they are wondering why the viewer move away from linear TV to some online streaming media where you can watch, fast forward and rewind as you wish.
The only thing we watch live would be occasionally football. A few channels have started with ads you cannot ff through which is like awful. We have some old TV shows on disk still that we will watch but at the beginning you get the advert for don't buy pirate copies which seems to last forever and if ever there was a reason to buy pirate copies that would be it, just to avoid that ad!

Is that a recurve, compound or longbow? Just wondering as a book I am reading has a bow as the murder weapon.
