It's a special place made for bird watching, and I was lucky enough to stumble across a photographer who saw some doe/dear in a nearby field, you can almost see them in one of my blury a.f. photograph

2 years ago I released ducklings rescued in my garden (from my dogs...), couldn't think of a better place for birds around here

Yeah, it really was the perfect moment to go there even if it was windy. Nice pictures if you don't zoom in too hard, I took them with my phone, so ...
It indeed looks like the perfect place to release ducklings, with the CRIE and DENMA looking after those lakes ...

I don't think fishing is allowed there since it's a reserve and it's not really adapted.
But there are a lot of other places to fish in.

I'm in love with this place, i walk through those woods nearly everyday (that's what i meant when i said i live near harchies ). The forest is enchanting through each season, after living in the forest I could no longer live in the city.

It has been quite a long time since I've been there (I mean, until recently) but we might have come across one another once

Looks a really nice place. I think it is the way a wood or forest can absorb sounds so you don't hear the usual traffic noisesbut they have their own sound of the leaves and branches moving.
