which free video editing program is the best.
who has experience with several different programs
the most what i found was all to old or really small feat.

I use vegas pro 15 myself but... I guess movie maker does the trick

I use a few. For more complicated stuff I use Final Cut as that allows me to use a variety of plug-ins.

For simple stuff on Windows movie maker is usually adequate. But on iPad I use iMovie.

Personally I wouldn’t touch hacked software as there is often other ‘embedded features’ that you really don’t want. The same goes for download sites. Some software will offfer a trial period that you can use. Sign up with different email addresses and if you can spoof the IP address that may be worth a go.

Older stand alone versions of Premier can be got quite cheap (not free I know) but perfectly functional.
