I do enjoy cooking and although the results may not look like what you get in a restaurant it usually tastes pretty good plus you know exactly what it is made from. My mum has a sweet tooth so I also make her some goodies like chocolate covered peanut brittle. She has actually asked where we bought it from which was a nice compliment and took some convincing that I made it.Mrs W usually bakes the cakes and scones so I try and not do that sort of stuff. However, discovered that we had a pineapple to use before going away for the week so made an upside down pineapple cake. Looks and tastes rather good!
