Bought some first time in my life and would be glad if someone could give me a short recept for that. 👍👋 Maybe @Huilo_Ren_666 or @edgarsmelderis12
I am happy 😄

First of all - buckwheat under running water until the liquid is clear

Buckwheat - 1 glass
Water - 2 glasses
Butter - 40-50 g
Salt - 1/3 tsp. (to taste)

Put buckwheat in cold water and wait for it to boil. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, but then you need to be careful: there will come a time when there is very little water left over the buckwheat. Then add the butter, stir, and turn the heat down to low. Now all that's left is to boil the buckwheat under the lid until it's fully cooked. If water still there - pour it out. All cooking takes about 15-20 minutes.

*To make it even tastier, after “washing” buckwheat groats can be placed in a dry frying pan and heated (about 2-4 minutes)

Tried it today. Totally unknown taste, or more to say, mouthfeeling. Its a bit like very aldente pasta but quite good. Had also some ayvar and some redchilly paste in there to spice it up a bit.
I am surprised how less you need to feel "full" lol
