[Help] Automatic ban for KPM too high with M249 in BF4

Hey guys,
in BF4 i tried to join your server but was instantly auto perm banned with the message "Enforcing permanent ban on Captn_Duuude for KPM . Automatic Ban [5-M249-5,75-1052-208-7044]"
But i played the M249 for 5mins with 3 kills (kinda like that). I guess theres a fault?

hi duude i will have a look in that case.

can´t find any bans with your name in our banlist. possibly there is something in your account ( maybe ip ) that is connected to a ban. because you never played on our server is will not going to check all this data.

so i am sorry but you are able to play on all server out there.
