hrr i think i must buy that part but what do i with my old ............

was thinking of switching the old ati5870 to a ati7990 whenever the wallet is in a better mood (maybe late summer).

I guess the gtx titan is going to be one of those things you'll want, but don't actually need.
a 'simple' gtx 560 should be sufficient for most games at highend, if not medium settings for now.

geno and all the other ATi fans check out this beast of a card

looks ok but tbh not so much a fan of powercolor or club3d cards. pricerangewise they are of course cheaper usually but a trifan Gigabyte 7970 card has caught my eye lately

Will wait a few months before changing and wait for it's price to drop further. the 7990 has impressive benchmarks and beats two 7970s in crossfire but idk if one really needs that much juice. even a 7870 would do but any of the three would do nicely.
I'm a bit concerned with the card power needs. 500W + meaning you'll start to need PSUs of 1kW and up. the big cards even got triple pci-x powerplugs. o_0
