Here is an example. Phone was placed flat on the table parallel to the edges. Truned around and it is going to jump!

Weird, the coffee mug doesn't do it!

Apple Genius Bar: What happened.
Me: It threw itself off the table
Apple: 🤣😂
Me: Shows them video
Apple: Shouts to bloke at the back, 'ring Bob, we have another poltergeist'

Been in that beer shop and think I have had 14 of the beers in the window - still have some in the cellar too!

So got a few model kits from the Mrs for Christmas. Apparently the budget didn't stretch to the Tamiya M1A2 Abrams 1/16 RC kit. ☹️

She did however get me this one. Can you guess what it is?

Nope, 6 too many wheels. It is a vehicle though. Apparently there are about 4,000 matchsticks.

Liked the 707, flew on them a few times to New York. Those were the days when you could go up to the cockpit with your Junior Jet Club log book and have it signed by the captain. One trip to New York there were six kids and three crew in there!! Does look like a scene from Airplane! looking back.🤣

My favourite planes I have flown in are:

Boeing 707
Boeing 757 (also flown/crashed one in a flight sim and 10 of us pulled one for a charity thing)
Boeing 787
VC10
Sikorsky S61N (actual heli in pic below)
BN Islander
Cessna 172 (flown one of those)

Wouldn't fly in a Boeing 737 Max, ever.

Perhaps you can join this gallery of matchsticks models when finished:

All of those are very impressive. If my first attempt ends up looking just reasonable I will be happy.

Been lucky I have had models to make, sourdough to perfect and reasonable amount of projects around the house to do this past 12 months.

Latest plastic kit (about 4.4cm long).
