Thought we would come here (Callendar) as there are a few shops that are interesting and get some food on the way home. Place is full of muddy runner types doing some sort of race. All the coffee shops are filled with damp and sweaty people so will visit a distillery a mile away.

Yesterday was an epic journey into the big city. First stop was a shopping mall on the outskirts. The assignment here was achieved and the location and purchase of vegetarian sausage and burger mixes was completed.
Next stop was a model shop. A shop that sells paints locally didn’t have what I want in stock so as we were nearby it was the best option. Their price is half what it is on Amazon but isn’t worth a 50 mile round trip to ‘save’ money. Apart from the paint they also had some models on sale. I have wanted to do a car for some time but not seen one that I really wanted and that I didn’t already have in 1/18th scale. The Mustang GT500 was 33% off so it was added to the stash. Also got a few other bits too. Whilst paying the salesperson and I discussed how far tiny pieces can fly across the room and the subsequent crawling around on the floor ritual. My wife was all
That particular shop has been there ages. Whilst Amazon is convenient and is able to supply stuff you cannot get locally I always try and support local shops even if it means a slightly higher price.
The final assignment was Costco. That was relatively painless too though people can still be dicks when armed with a shopping trolley and few brain cells. My imagination never thought of strapping some C4 to my trolley, shoving it in to a cluster of the aisle blocking fools and remote detonating. Nope. Never thought about that!

Final bits for the cockpit arrived today. Yes you probably could tighten them up though catches don't work. Made from metal and material.

Wrong thread obviously. The canopy and door will be open so you should be able to see most of it (providing you have a magnifying glass and and an electron microscope.
