Having gone through a lot of figure sets I think the reason they are German is that they have a German newspaper! Nearly every other civilian set they are standing.
Including the animals except for a couple of fead rabbits!

Even though it's a few weeks ago, I want to share some views from our latest vacation. We've been to a butterfly park where they breed different kinds of butterflies wich were up to 10 cm in size. They have been really amazing, flying free inside a tropical hall with about 1000m².

2°C this morning but feels a lot colder. We have been getting this lone jackdaw in the garden recently even when we have been out there. Always seems to be on its own. There was a dead jackdaw about a month back that may have been its partner. Looked like it had just died, no sign of any injury. This one isn't worried about us. Saw the blackbird the other day for the first time in a couple of months. They hide away whilst they moult and get their new feathers.
