Measure the volume of 3 eggs, same amount of milk and the same amount of plain flour. whisk together and cill in fridge for 10 minutes. Put sausages in oil a few mm should be OK, and put into oven at 200°C. After 10 minutes take out the batter, add a dash of cold water and whisk. Pour over the sausages and put in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Do not open the oven until the time is up.
