BF servers are like restaurants, if you go to a Michelin stared one you can expect to dress and behave to a reasonable standard but if you go to Burger King you tend to get lower standards of dress code and manners! On a server, you can usually tell from the chat within a few seconds a lot about the "clientele" and also the acceptable standards.
