This was my first car, bought it second hand immaculate, same colour but smoking badly. It had been thrashed with broken rings and scored cylinders. Got a recon block and had the head flowed new valves and camshaft. Put it back together + new ball joints and drove it for about 4 years. Then swapped it for a brand new Kawasaki KH250 1976 which I blew up and turned it to a 350. 250 gearbox, heads (3 cylinder) and carbs, 400 jets. Mad mad wheelie machine, still have the scars to prove it. 😂

Big Brother Lol GIF by MOODMAN

Love you my dear Riz :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

To be honest, the Flintstones car was probably better. Not long after I got the one above (in a nice faded blue) the job I got had a company car - not because of status but we travelled a lot. The previous person was just about to get a new one so until I got past the job probation period I ended up using pool cars. These were a selection of the finest British cars that you could imagine. All thrashed and driven like rental cars. I then got the Hillman Avenger Estate (there was no choice involved) in a delightful colour (it wasn't known as the flying turd for nothing). Got the keys and at the end of the day went out to it just in time to see someone reverse into the front of it. When at a factory, one of the lorry drivers drove across the front of it and then laughed about doing it until I explained it was mine. I understand that he was invited to seek employment elsewhere.

Second car I got there was a Mk2 Escort. Registration was FFC984V. Luckily I was a Fulham Football Club supporter so was like having a personal number plate.

My first ever motorized vehicle would be a 70cc (originally 50cc) Aprilia SX with a modified exhaust and tuned gearing. I recall getting 97km/h out of it on a long straight. Sadly i dont have any pictures saved as it was a long time ago and all the pictures were digital :( I ended up doing tons of modifications to the thing so i can't even remember them all. Some poor 15 year old kid bought it from me for 1800€. I warned his parents that it would not pass any checks police might do to it and it goes way too fast for someone who gets their first ever motorized vehicle. Week after i sold it, the parents demanded the money back as the cops had seized the kids drivers license and gave him a big fine and took his license plates. Only problem is that i warned them in advance that it was not exactly street legal and nothing came out of that. Of course i also had given them the original parts so if they ever got s topped, they'd only have to tear down the whole bike and rebuild it with the stock parts 🤣

I got my driving license when i was 19. After 2 years later at 2005, my first car was Volvo s40. It was a second hand car. Only picture i took of it before sending to insurance when some debris fall from roof on its top

At 2006 the first 0km car i bought was Jaguar X-type 2.0d. I used it 3,5 years and sold it at 85000km. Jaguar stopped production of x types at 2010 this is why i sold it. Also diesel version didn't have a automatic gear box. The pictures were at the day i sold it. It was in a great shape. I still miss it.

At 2010 The second 0km car i bought was a 2011 Honda Crv 2.0. I used it 8 years and sold it at 2018 when it has 55000km. Also these 2 pictures were taken just before selling it. I also took care of it very well. I also miss this car.

At 2014 I bought my third 0km car. It is Mazda 6 2.0. When i had 2 cars i decided to sell Honda and continue with Mazda. I really like this car and it has 49000km

My list *were company cars (pre owned unless stated)

Austin 1100
*Hillman Avenger
*Ford Escort Mk2
For Escort Mk1 1600 like a Mexico but wasn't
Mini (original)
Ford Fiesta XR2
VW Golf GTi Mk2 (new)
Renault 5
Ford Ka (first one) (new)
Mondeo 2l (new)
Mondeo 1.8l (new)
Dacia Duster

Estimate of miles driven roughly 555,000 (about 893k km). Doesn't include rental cars - we have done about 20,000 miles around the USA over the years.

Worst car ever driven? A Kia Pride rental car - just an awful car. Second place goes to a Mini (original) we rented in Malta - when you wound down the windows the top of the door (window frame) would fall off.

Favourite car driven? Audi Quattro/Lancia Delta Integrale hard to pick.

Hardest car to get into/out of? McLaren F1

The Mk2 Escort (that isn't me), Toyota Starlet that me and my dad hired to drive around Kenya, my dad's mk2 Cortina.
