We moved into our house when it was new. Over time you gradually notice stuff that needs doing but too often other things take priority
The kitchen is fine for us but the cabinet doors are made of cheap chip board and some damp has got into them so the need some TLC.
The first door to be done is the under sink one. This has been vulnerable to water spills from the sink. So I have replaced it with MDF but used the original wood handles. Took about 3 hours to do start to finish. The finish is just primer and will need sanding and top coating.
Cost was about £15 including new soft close hinges.
Yes the wooden flooring is also on the list.
