Was playing around with my network and router the other day and checked the logs and found a device connected that I couldn't identify. Was someone sneaking my wifi?

Network currently consists of:

Modem
Router
2x gigabit switches

Connected devices:
2x PCs
2x Laptops
Mac Mini Server
NAS
2x iPads
iPhone
2x Windows Phones
3x Kindle
Receiver
TV
Blue-ray player
Apple TV
PS3
Printer

So what was the other device? Over the last couple of days I have spent a fair bit of time trying to track down the MAC address without much success. Eventually I just blocked it. This morning at 06:11 the mystery was finally resolved. I stepped on the scales....

If you are suspecting somebody neighbour uses your WLAN change password and change it's name "Get your own connection damn bum" :welsh:

My neighbours are generally of the more elderly variety and definitely not tech savvy - guess who is local it repair guy. Password is long and random enough not to be guessable. Got more attempts to connect when it was GCHQ Surveillance Van for a few days.

NSA is thinking you are terrorist or Laka is doing some background checks. ;)

Nothing to see here apart from a lot of Wifi devices. Maybe explains why there are a lot of FLKs* around here.
