Zest and juice of 2 lemons and 3 limes
4 eggs
In a bowl overs immersing water, add the sugar, butter and lemon/lime juice/zest. Once the butter has melted stir the ingredients together. Lightly whisk the eggs and gradually stir into the bowl. Cook for about 10-15minutes. Allow to cool. Slather on bread and scoff.
