Now that you can use devices during take off and landing there is the opportunity to take photos and video. Here is a video of our flight landing at Edinburgh airport. Was going use the suction mount but got a couple of funny looks from the cabin crew so had to resort to just using the iPad. The window wasn't very clean which didn't help. Nothing dramatic or exciting (was a bit gusty though).

Great video Glen looks like you had a little turbulence coming in to land, quality is nice to at 1080

Again great video thought this was done on a Gopro not ipad

Had the GoPro but because it was a little bumpy it was difficult to hold steady (didn't have the gimbal with me). Was going to attach the suction mount to the window but got some "looks" and thought better of it. iPad was easier to hold against the window surround and the seat in front. I'm not one of those people who use their iPads for a lot of photos but the Air 2 can produce some nice video footage and the slo-mo function is really good too. As they say, "The best camera is the one that you have with you."

Wasn't the bumpiest ride I have ever had but it was quite interesting. The video doesn't really show how much the plane was moving about. When we got off the plane we had to go down the stairs as the jetway was knackered and you could tell then how strong the wind was.

Thought about using the suction mount under the wing as we walked past but maybe next time (on a plane we were going on!) :D
