With some herring and smoked salmon on the side too. gotta say it was pretty damn good. Was too lazy to plate it 
Oh i like this little fresh potatoes. Could eat them alone just with some salt and brown Butter....mhhhhMy sort of meal. Too many potatoes though!

the butter you see in the plate is actually butter that has sea salt crystals in it. absolutely amazing with the herring!
