The limiter isn't just a new thing so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone by now. Helis and tanks are probably more of an issue than jets (which tend to fight each other). Also depends on the map but on something like Shanghai which is relatively small and where you get concentrations of players it becomes rather tedious exercise even if you just set your objective as getting the heli down. It detracts from all other aspects of the game and often removes the fun which surely is the point of playing otherwise you may as well play single player. Team play requires people to not just use their specialism and stick to that but also be adaptable and step in to another roles if required. Someone in the squad needs ammo then change to that, vehicle repair? then change to that and provide those services. Same goes for medic and spotting.
Us older players maybe have a bit more life experience and see the benefits of helping others rather than being selfish and just doing what we like all the time. Assisting others can be as, if not more, satisfying as getting a long kill streak.
Wife: “we really need to use up the beer we have before getting more.”
Me: “Fair enough.”
We go shopping and buy a can of beer to try - it is great.
Me: “Get some more of that Green Mountain beer? How many?”
Wife: “Don’t leave any on the shelf!”
