Regardless of what you may think of Trump/Russia you would think that if you were using a world map you would get a world map that has all of your country (or the whole world on it).
Secondly, you would be aware of where the WH Gov logo would appear if you are responsible fot the feed. Obviously you cannot control it once transmitted.
I have had to do and help prepare presentations and have had some training on them too. It was always stressed to look for silly things that could either distract or could be misunderstood ot taken out of context. Either someone wasn’t very good at their job or someone was good at their jog and thought eff it.
