I was ecstatic about getting white flour and now you are bragging about getting rye and spelt!!! The next thing will be taunting us with pictures of amazing sourdough loaves. I am really not jealous at all. Glad you got some, I hope that we will be able to get some too as I really want to try rye breads and another sourdough starter.

Nice seems to be getting normal again. I also get yeast easily again ^^ And now its always best before in at least 2 month and smells fresh. Now we know how long shit was in the shop and on the truck before we bought it.

I made me some yeast water and it works but it sucks because you always need to start at least 3h earlier and feed the water the day before... No spontanious selfmade Pizza is a big no no.
