This is a lesser spotted caterpillar which is not uncommon in wooded areas or forests but it has a larger bigger cousin the JCB which is more intimidating, these little creatures /insects should not be approached other wise death could ensue with nasty pointy teeth. There partial to eating trees and dirt in large quantities and have been seen with the odd person inside them
