Today I made a chhese soufflé. Not bad but needed a few minutes more to cook through.

Isobel made the clutie dumpling from her mum’s recipe. Not quite how it should be but tastes good.
The dumpling can be toasted, fried with sugar or as is with cream or custard. Basically a heart attack in a bowl!! :D
