Today I made a chhese soufflé. Not bad but needed a few minutes more to cook through.
Isobel made the clutie dumpling from her mum’s recipe. Not quite how it should be but tastes good.
The dumpling can be toasted, fried with sugar or as is with cream or custard. Basically a heart attack in a bowl!!
Bacon can definitely be had with the dumpling. Almost anything goes with it though BBQ sauce may be an acquired taste or I am just weird (no comments are required for that ).
