BF4 Server packet loss

i changed our broadband contract too. at least we get the possibility to get better inet and so i bought 100:40 so i hope i get a decent connection now without my inet is going down into 50kb if someone else of the family is online. here is no QoS settings.

I have a Virgin Media cable modem/router but only use it in modem mode. I have a DLink ac modem for routing and wifi, and that has a QoS option that seems to work. Worth powering off modems and routers every week or so to get rid of the buffer bloat.
