In BF4 Russian Edition would be too similar healing system like old 2005 years western shooting game Gun. There hero got healed by getting sip from his whisky bottle, in BF4 Russian edition it would be bottle of vodka. 
Edit: If you BF2-cocks who have old computers want play damn good singleplayer game that Gun was great. I played it trough in one weekend. Great story was like movie and entertaining action made me play always "one mission more" before i go sleep...
