Glad we could (hopefully) help! I can't see if Origin is in beta but I thought it was.

I don't think you need to reinstall BF1 and BF4 as they are separate installs in the Windows program list. It may also leave the links to them in the registry even if you uninstall Origin.

I've had that probem too a while ago.
try to increase the priority that battlefield has in your task manager, that is what helped me and it never crashed again ^^
( sorry if this already was suggested, too much to read above. )

Nope, that is a new suggestion! Always worth adding things just in case! :)

You can chose between another big WOOP WOOP or that awful wistle sound that tank makes in BF1 when you say go go go

No crash/freeze today.
What i did:
That cmd.exe stuff (whatever it did)
Repairing BF4 via origin
Set BF4 priority to high in taskmanager

Glad our suggestions may have helped. Sometimes you need ideas from folk to suggest things you may not have thought of. I usually ask the Mrs who has no clue about PCs and you get a "stupid" answer that actually helps because it isn't something you would normally think of when being logical. My favourite was "is it plugged into the mains power?" You don't need to guess....
