Looks like the Portal Editor, or at least a preliminary test version of it, is live. Go ahead and have some fun creating weird game modes

It's pretty nice, I'm looking forward to it, just really wish there were paid servers from the start so we could build a community more easily. Oh and allow the rules editor for conquest would be cool.

I mean, in theory, we could create an NRU Origin Account and buy the game. Then use that account to set up a community server and leave it running 24/7, meaning there would be a „permanent“ NRU server running. Then allow members to remotely access that account to use the kick/ban etc commands. That way moderation would be possible. Biggest problem would be the need for a dedicated PC to run that game. I know that’s magical christmas land but I am half expecting some crafty Russians to make that possible.

The idea of utilising some of the maps from other games does sound really interesting.
