hi all, the guy above gave me a message in game chat asking if someone could reset his password for NRU forum . is this possible ? or has his ip address been banned by mistake as i have had in the past . hopefully someone can help him , rich.

I've sent on but he's using Hotmail which means it's 99% likely it's gone to the Junk Email folder if someone can tell him
