its like steffos said. surely you can build a setup to run bf4 in highest settings with always 100-120 fps. but for what??
the human eye can only see motion up to 60fps. thats the limit. more fps ingame is only for statistical or posing lol not for a better gameplay.
40-60 fps with highest ingame settings is good, but that is also 120 with normal ingame settings and around 150 with low ingame settings.
actual is use the auto setting from nvidia geforce experience. this is nice because you can presetup how you like the setup. in more more performance or more to run you pc not always on 100%. with that it is a good grafic mix and i got my fps between 100-150 fps.
also how you said, don´t forget about the powerconsumption and heat emmisions. in you small case you will always have a head problem with playing bf4 on highest settings. you will easily got a incase temperature from around 70-80° in your small tower. thats why i bought me a big tower with a lot of fans and more space inside.
