Hi geno. Feeling good, except little beated after training at yesterday night. I did back squats, bent over rows and bench presses etc basic stuff, full body workout. My legs are so fucked after squats and i walk like old man today. :D

Rich ok i will start stitch =NRU= to back of my leather jacket lol.

Yeah. Don't worry. The older you get the worse the aches get.
I used to take magnesium tabs when i worked out. It helped recovering from the aches.
 
it's just the physical age.. mentally we just get younger and younger. lmao.

The cheap finnish lager case ain't too bad. Based on OLVI but more fresh in taste. KOFF is of course drinkable and sometimes even Karjala.
